The staff was helpful, the accommodation was modern and fairly clean. The a double room was beautifully maintained, the bed was nice. We greatly enjoyed the marvellous breakfast. The location was favourable - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. It was about 19 miles from the airport.

The staff was professional and helpful. The room was a great size, soundproof, and had a comfortable bed. The main control panel for lighting was convenient. The upgrade to a king premium room was worth it, with high-quality decor and a lovely bath. The stunning hotel offered a butterfly tea on arrival and a nice swimming pool.

The room we had included TV with satellite channels, climate control and a personal safe.

The hotel is located very close to local tourist spots, food outlets, shopping outlets, and a grocery store. The staff at the hotel is very helpful and hospitable. The breakfast available is marvelous.

The only thing I didn't really like was the safety deposit box. Not really a fan of them, but I'm sure others find them useful.

grand vista was a pleasant surprise! after my previous stay in hanoi, i wasn't expecting much, but grand vista exceeded all my expectations. the spacious and clean room with a city view, friendly staff, and great facilities made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. highly recommended!

The location of this hotel not far from Huchiming museum, food outlets, shopping outlets and grocery store and the main attractions was favourable. I ate in the authentic restaurant nearby.

The hotel's location was a bit inconvenient as it was on a road that became one-way for a few hours in the morning and evening. Taxis were not allowed during this time, which meant you had to walk a bit if you needed to go out or return to the hotel.

Everything was simply excellent. We were pleased to find nice-sized rooms at this hip new hotel. The property was just off food outlets, shopping outlets, a grocery store, an Indian restaurant, and the old quarter. The staff was thoughtful and hospitable.

The room at Grand Vista Hanoi was awesome! It had everything I needed - a comfy bed, a big TV for late-night binging, a desk to catch up on work, and a kettle for my coffee fix. The minibar was a nice touch too!

That the shower pressure was a bit weak for my liking. But hey, everyone's different!
